An extremely handsome dog charm; finely modelled in warm 18ct yellow gold he has gorgeous hand engraved detailing and is accented with a ruby eye and sparkling old cut diamond to his jaws. The perfect blend of fierce and handsome he would make a gorgeous gift for any dog lover.

He was originally a stickpin but I had my talented jeweller convert it to this stunning pendant to give a new lease of life. Looks great on his own or layered with other pieces. A great addition to any antique jewellery collection.

ERA: Victorian c.1880s

ORIGIN: American

MATERIAL: 18ct yellow gold (was marked on stick pin but also acid tested), ruby accent eye, and old-cut diamond (estimated 0.07pts).

SIZE: 15mm across. Bale loop takes a delicate 2mm chain but you could also wear him on a charm holder.

WEIGHT: 3.3grams – lovely heavy weight for size.

CONDITION: Great antique condition – gold work is solid weight and details are beautifully crisp. Juicy ruby and sparkling old cut diamond. Loop bale has been professionally applied.
