Each item was accurately described on her website and somehow even more gorgeous in person.  Lucy also goes above and beyond from the moment you contact her, and her packages are so fun to open. Ordered a gorgeous art deco ring to be my wedding band and Lucy went above and beyond to ensure it reached me safely in the UK from the states. It feels like you're getting a very special gift when the package arrives. The necklace was packed with care and absolutely shined upon arrival.

I contacted her regarding it and had a lovely email conversation with her. I also viewed it on her own website.  Her understanding of the importance of this piece to me, her going beyond my expectations by providing videos of the ring and, on receiving it (very quickly), her attention to detail in the packaging and personal touches was fabulous. I bought an art deco paste ring/pair of earrings and a modernist ring for an affordable price. Each piece arrived cleaned/polished in very nice little boxes.
