A charming original vintage presentation box; in coffee tan leather with gold tooled detailing and the Carnegie crest. This was originally a cigar box, it is cedar wood lined, and was presented to ‘Al Reichart’ a Graduate Assistant at the Dale Carnegie Course. Alas I haven’t been able to track down much detail about Al, but judging by the style of this piece I’m estimating it to be c1940/50s.
With it’s wonderful aged leather finish, it would make an elegant cufflinks or watch box for any discerning lady or gent. Perfect addition to any vintage interior.
AGE: c1940/50s
MATERIAL: Leather, gilt detailing, cedar wood construction
MAKER: Oliver K. Whiting, London (label inside lid)

CONDITION: Charming vintage condition; the leather does have a ‘lived in’ and nicely aged patina with some scuffs and wear that only add to its charming history. The dividing piece is missing to the liner; but other than that the interior is in good vintage condition. Please do ask any questions.
SHIPPING: Free inside the US only I’m afraid – no shipping to the UK due to size.
