Description

An absolutely charming set of earrings and pendant; featuring smooth duck egg blue enamel to buttery hand chased 14k gold surrounds. These were originally a set of cufflinks but one was damaged so I had my talented jeweller rescue them to make a very wearable set and give them a new life.

They’re made by Carter, Gough & Company which was founded by Aaron Carter in 1841 in Newark, New Jersey. They specialised in gold, platinum, and diamond jewellery and were particularly noted for their fine cufflinks, charms, and objet d’art.

This set absolutely captures the gorgeous quality of this firm and they make a beautiful pop of colour when worn – a great addition to any antique jewellery collection.
