Description
Sometimes you stumble across something while antique hunting that isn’t ‘jewellery’ in the conventional sense but is so beautifully crafted that you just have to pick it up; and that is exactly what happened when I discovered this beauty!
An original antique padlock; formed of the most deliciously tactile smooth gunmetal, with steel accent plate and rivets. It has it’s original key connected via a curb link chain. Most unusually it has a slimline profile; which is a strong indicator of it’s quality and craftsmanship. It would make a fabulous statement pendant, or chain connecter for those big and bold layered antique jewels.
A quirky addition to any antique jewellery or curio collection!
