Description
A gorgeous retro cocktail brooch; modelled as a stylised bow with flower centre in warm gold tone vermeil finish over sterling silver, and accented with cognac coloured paste for the stamen. This is a fabulous statement piece and a great example of the high end costume brooches of this era. After WWII, women wanted bold statement jewels that were celebratory without using gold and precious stones.
This makes an incredible statement still today and would look super stylish on the jacket of any lady or gent. A great addition to any vintage jewellery collection.
