An exquisite pair of arts and crafts earrings; finely made with long rock crystal torpedo style drops to hand made silver heart surmounts and hook fittings. These beautiful earrings are deceptively simple but beautiful quality and really encapsulate the handmade elegance of the Arts & Crafts movement.
They’re beautiful on, hanging at just below the jaw length for a real statement look. Perfect to dress up or down and a great addition to any antique jewellery collection.
ERA: Arts and Crafts 1920s
MATERIAL: Rock crystal and silver (unhallmarked but tested)
SIZE: Main torpedo drop is 4.5cm long. Length from top of hook to bottom of earring is 6.5cm – statement length!
CONDITION: Immaculate antique condition – no chips or cracks to the rock crystal which are securely set. Silver hearts have no dents or splits to the metal.
CARE GUIDANCE: Whilst the hook fittings make these extremely secure and wearable, they are still fine antique pieces. As such I would recommend them as dress / occasion wear and absolutely do no immerse in liquids or spray with aerosols or perfumes as this could damage the stones / silver.
