A handsome Victorian fob pendant; beautifully worked in buttery 18ct yellow gold to form an elegant wirework knot, accented with scalloped edging, to a smooth bloodstone seal below.
Fobs became particularly popular in the Georgian and Victorian eras for a gentleman to wear at the end of his watch chain. Today they make excellent gifts for a lady or gent to style as you wish. Looks great on it’s own or layered with other pieces; a beautiful accoutrement to add to any antique jewellery collection.
